  1. What are the shipping times?
    Our suppliers usually dispatch items within one to five business days from the date of your order placement. Following dispatch, shipping times typically range from 14 to 30 days for delivery. Once your product has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification confirming its dispatch. Additionally, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order every step of the way.
  1. What's your return policy?
    At Nail Art Bay, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To maintain hygiene standards and uphold the quality of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we're here to assist you.

    If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us via email within 2 days of receiving your package. Kindly include a clear picture of the issue along with a description of what went wrong. Upon review, we will promptly send you a replacement, or initiate a refund if the affected item(s) are out of stock.
  1. Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best we can to accommodate. 
  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
    In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately, and we'll arrange for the correct item to be resent to you at our expense. If the correct item is unavailable due to stock limitations, we will issue a refund for the item in question.
  1. What happens if my order doesn't arrive? 
    If your products do not reach you within the expected delivery time, please email us and we will do best we can to accommodate. Upon review, we will promptly send you a replacement, or initiate a refund if the affected item(s) are out of stock.

  2. Do you offer exchanges?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we are here to assist you with any issues regarding your order. 
  1. Why will I receive more than one parcel?
    At Nail Art Bay, we source a variety of nail products from different suppliers for you to achieve the best nail designs. Consequently, some items may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery and to provide you with the best selection possible.
